The United States is witnessing a drastic redefinition of the policies and practices associated with “public education.” Discussions around the future of public education are strong on passion but short on actual evidence. We are establishing an open venue- a true public forum to debate controversial and consequential policy issues that will shape American’s future, and welcome you to the conversation.

Nick, my thinking has run along the same lines. I'm trying. It's hard to get past the invasive [sic] of tech as a self-concept, and all but full-blown ideology of its own, vs. a promising, humane, anthropogenic tool. Honestly, given your innate wholism, I envy your efforts to reconcile the Ructionist-Positivist ascendancy, primarily in Academe, with Humanism and even the Humanities. Scalpel work, pioneering. Eh? All the best to you, old friend. Scary frontiers you're pushing. -- glenn
